By Lance Edwards   Bilal Williams (8-3) is a veteran of eight Legacy Fighting Championship fights who makes his Legacy Fighting Alliance debut at LFA 16. What is unusual about Williams is that he has made a career of taking last minute fights against tough opponents and coming out victorious. At LFA 16, Williams faces the athletic prospect Geoffrey Neal (6-2) in what promises to be a great fight.
